DM Gifts Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Items All of our products are 3D printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be made before it is dispatched.

UK Delivery We ship all UK orders via Evri at a flat rate of £3.49. Once dispatched, please allow 2–4 business daysfor delivery. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–9 business days.

International Delivery We ship internationally via Evri at a flat rate of £8.49. Once dispatched, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery, depending on your location and local customs processing. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 10–19 business days.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Evri tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at evri.com.

Please Note International customers may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate.
